How to pick up your order?

You will be notified when your order is ready to pickup.

Head to the selected store & show your Pickup number to our staff.

Pickup number can be found at the 'Activity' tab.

Terms & conditions:

  1. Free drink is applicable to new user only.

  2. Only one (1) redemption of one (1) drink is allowed per user, per registered mobile number.

  3. Upon registration, one (1) Free RM12.50 drink is awarded into your coffee wallet.

  4. The Free RM12.50 drink is redeemable for any drink priced RM12.50 or below, limited to one (1) drink only, excluding add-ons and delivery fee (if applicable).

  5. Redemption is only valid for orders via mobile app only.

  6. Redeemable at all Gigi Coffee outlets via mobile app ordering.

  7. Other T&C applies.
